Job summary

Allianz Seguros seeks a Senior Manager of Ops & IT Strategy Planning in the Asia Pacific Regional Office to lead annual planning, forecasting, and long-term roadmaps with senior stakeholders across regional offices and operating entities for Insurance Operations and IT.

You will generate business insights, propose transformation roadmaps, and collaborate with KPIs to review strategies with leadership, delivering SD/PD outputs and supporting decision making.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in business planning, management consulting, transformation program portfolio management, preferably in insurance operations and IT
• Excellent executive communication and business strategy proposition skills
• Advanced data analytics with ability to translate metrics into clear insights

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive Strategic Dialogue (SD) and Planning Dialogue (PD) activities for AZAP Ops & IT within Regional Office and all Operating Entities
• Be the main contact point for Ops & IT planning activities and ensure timely, quality submissions
• Provide market insights through industry networks and partner sharing to regional Ops & IT community
• Build, review and enhance regional Ops & IT strategies aligned with Group direction
• Deliver Regional Ops & IT Storyboards as SD/PD outputs for RO leadership
