Job summary

SMRT Corporation Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Operations Executive to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and systems support for SAO and SA. You will coordinate maintenance, asset management, and advertising inventories while ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.

You will act as a key system user for SAP, Ariba, Broadsign, and CMS platforms, delivering first‑level support, user access, testing, and UAT coordination to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in operations, administration, maintenance coordination, asset management, or business support functions.
• Proven experience in an Operations Executive, Administrative Executive, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, clients, and government agencies is an asset.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools with good analytical and data management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Report to Senior Operation Manager and cover day-to-day administrative and operational activities for SAO and SA.
• Prepare operational reports, meeting materials, and business updates.
• Maintain documentation and records of contracts, purchase orders, invoices, maintenance activities, and transactions.
• Coordinate maintenance activities for advertising and operational assets; monitor service requests and contractor performance.
• Track asset inventories and maintenance records across shelters and assets; monitor budgets and procurement.
