Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of infrastructure or managed services experience.
• Minimum 5 years in service delivery or operations leadership role.
• IT Service Management: ITIL Intermediate or Managing Professional certification (preferred).
• Project Management: PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
• Domain/public sector experience (preferred).
• Experience managing multi-vendor service providers and large-scale operations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service delivery operations.
• Ensure contractual KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Manage operational risks and escalations.
• Drive service improvement programmes.
• Lead operational governance meetings.
• Manage audits, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate transition, transformation, and modernization initiatives.
• Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships.
