Kyndryl is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end service delivery across mission-critical programmes. This role offers visibility with customers and stakeholders, influencing high-impact initiatives while developing leadership skills through certifications and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of infrastructure or managed services experience.

• Lead end-to-end service delivery operations.
• Ensure contractual KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Manage operational risks and escalations.
• Drive service improvement programmes.
• Lead operational governance meetings.
• Manage audits, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate transition, transformation, and modernization initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

• IT Service Management: ITIL Intermediate or Managing Professional certification
• Project Management: PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience operating within a public sector or government environment
• Operations & Delivery: Hands‑on experience managing multi‑vendor service providers and large‑scale operations
