Kyndryl Singapore is seeking a seasoned operation leader to run end-to-end service delivery and ensure we meet contractual KPIs and SLAs. You will influence stakeholders, drive improvements, and shape governance across complex programs.

The role offers opportunities to deepen certificates, expand leadership experience, and contribute to essential client outcomes in a hybrid, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of infrastructure or managed services experience.
• Minimum 5 years in service delivery or operations leadership role.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end service delivery operations.
• Ensure contractual KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Manage operational risks and escalations.
• Drive service improvement programmes.
• Lead operational governance meetings.
• Manage audits, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate transition, transformation, and modernization initiatives.
• Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships.
