Job summary

Singapore Management University seeks an experienced operations professional to lead Singapore-side operations for the IPCC Technical Support Unit. You will coordinate with the MSE and manage financial reporting and budgets for SRCities and related projects.

The role supports the WGII AR7 compilation, prepares expert review platforms, and oversees procurement, HR admin, travel, and expense processing across the Singapore office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7–10 years' experience in operations or programme management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Singapore-side operational lead for the IPCC TSU, coordinating with MSE and handling financial reporting.
• Support TSU operational team for the IPCC Sixty-sixth session in March 2027, including SRCities coordination.
