Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Science, Finance or a related discipline.
• Strong ability to manage projects, budgets and grants.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with government-funded research grants is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for day-to-day management of research projects, including finance, procurement and coordination.
• Process procurement transactions and financial documentation in line with policies.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures and assist with reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, travel and other programme activities.
• Liaise with PIs, researchers, funders and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track deliverables, milestones and performance indicators.
• Prepare progress and financial reports for funding agencies and audits.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and funding agency requirements.
• Perform other project-related administrative duties as assigned.
