Kyndryl in Singapore is seeking a strategic, user-centric Product Manager to drive business outcomes from problem definition to release and continuous improvement. You will bridge business strategy, user empathy, and engineering excellence, collaborating with stakeholders, designers, and software engineers to bring innovative ideas to life.

This high-visibility role focuses on strategy, roadmapping, and post-launch optimization that shape our product portfolio.

Formación

Proven track record of driving business outcomes.
End-to-end experience with design and engineering teams to build products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage high level stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.
Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.
Experience with enterprise or B2B customers.
Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus.

Responsabilidades

Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement.
Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.
Define success measures and dashboards to monitor progress.
Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes.
Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals.
Work with designers, software engineers to develop, test and release product.
Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes.
Engage with and support users to drive product adoption.
