Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise security services or managed security delivery.
• Strong understanding of security operations, IAM/PAM, incident management, audits, and service continuity.
• Ability to guide stakeholders through complex incidents and operational challenges.
• Experience with ITSM processes, metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of managed security services across technology domains.
• Coordinate security operations, vulnerabilities, audit remediation, and risk management.
• Govern remediation, exception management, and service improvements.
• Act as primary coordination point during security incidents and major events.
• Oversee audit readiness, evidence collection, and compliance activities.
• Review security changes ensuring governance and controls.
