Kyndryl is seeking an Operations Manager to lead end-to-end service delivery of mission-critical programs. You will influence stakeholders, manage risks, and drive improvements while delivering measurable results that enhance client trust and business outcomes.

In this role you’ll work in a hybrid setting, partnering with multi-vendor teams, governance bodies, and customers. You’ll gain certifications and leadership experience as you deliver complex modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of infrastructure or managed services experience.
• 5+ years in service delivery or operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service delivery operations.
• Ensure contractual KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Manage operational risks and escalations.
• Drive service improvement programmes.
• Lead operational governance meetings.
• Manage audits, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate transition, transformation, and modernization initiatives.
• Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships.
