HL Bank Singapore is seeking an organised professional to support back-office remittance processing, including initiating and verifying transactions, reconciling positions, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards. The role emphasizes accuracy, risk awareness, and collaboration with internal teams and counterparties.

You will also participate in multi-project testing, SIT/UAT, defect management, and post-go-live support, contributing to a robust, enterprise‑grade payments

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and provide back-office support for remittance processing.
• Initiate and process remittance transactions accurately within timelines.
• Verify completeness and correctness of remittance requests and documentation.
• Ensure all outward and inward transactions are compliant and timely.
• Perform dual controls on transactions.
• Reconcile positions with agent banks and internal GL accounts.
• Ensure SOPs, sanctions screening and regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintain records of transactions for audit purposes.
• Liaise with internal teams and counterparties to resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with stakeholders to confirm instructions.
• Use remittance processing systems for data entry, validations and approvals.
• Perform daily reconciliations of processed transactions.
• Identify and elevate potential risks to compliance.
• Generate and share daily/weekly transaction reports.
• Monitor pending transactions to ensure timely completion.
• Review requirements and test scenarios across Payment Hub, v8, and SAA systems.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, Regression testing and validate outputs against ISO20022/MX standards.
• Log, track and re-test defects with IT and vendors.
• Assist in writing runbooks and configuring business rules.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare support and handovers.
