Job summary

Recruit Express PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Departmental Operations Lead to own workflows, SOPs, and the departmental infra, coordinating with HR, Finance, IT, and Facilities.

You will drive the master workplan, dashboards for leadership, and proactive risk identification, while guiding governance, events, communications, and budgeting activities. Degree in any discipline is acceptable; related fields are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the department's operational infrastructure, ensuring efficient, well-documented workflows.
• Maintain the master workplan tracker across all streams; surface risks and report progress.
• Oversee governance: meetings, minutes, and actions log with updates to senior leadership.
• Lead events and stakeholder engagement, coordinating internal and external sessions.
• Support internal/external communications and prepare external-facing materials.
• Manage finance, procurement, compliance, and HR liaison for onboarding and personnel matters.

Education
