A leading logistics provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to manage airfreight logistics and act as the first point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in air freight operations, particularly within a 3PL environment. This role offers 3-4 days of work from home flexibility and competitive remuneration in a growth-oriented business.

Are you an experienced customer service executive with good knowledge of Airfreight logistics for time sensitive equipments/parts?
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a market leading marine logistics business who are looking to expand their offices in Singapore due to growth opportunities.
You will be responsible for being the first point of contact with customers for any logistics related matters including internal management of procurement, pricing, stock management etc.
The ideal candidate is someone with prior air freight operations experience with a 3PL business and a commercial acumen with a stint in the customer service teams and in a client servicing role within freight forwarding.
