Job summary

GREENLANE PRIVATE LTD. seeks an experienced Operational Risk and Transaction Monitoring professional to join its Risk & Compliance function in Singapore.

The role spans Operational Risk Management, BCM, Third-Party Risk Management and AML/Transaction Monitoring, offering exposure across multiple business and control functions. You will work on developing the risk framework, assessing third-party arrangements, and monitoring KRIs while supporting regulatory reviews and internal audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Admin, Law or related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in Operational Risk, Transaction Monitoring, AML/CFT or related risk/compliance functions.
• Experience in operational risk management, transaction monitoring investigations, AML controls, BCM, third‑party risk or regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Operational Risk Management Framework, policies and procedures.
• Manage third‑party risk, outsourcing risk, BCM and operational risk controls.
• Plan and document BCM tests and remediation of findings.
• Review transactions to identify money laundering and financial crime risks and escalate where needed.
• Prepare clear investigation records, case notes and escalation documentation.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations and business teams to resolve cases.
