Job summary

RSM STONE FOREST ACCOUNTSERVE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Operational Risk professional in Singapore to develop and maintain the risk framework, policy suite, and controls across third-party arrangements, BCM and transaction monitoring.

You will lead investigations of monitoring alerts, document decision making, and ensure regulatory alignment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and support SAR filings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, risk mgmt, business admin, law or related field.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in Operational Risk Management and/or Transaction Monitoring.
• Strong familiarity with risk frameworks and compliance processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Operational Risk Framework and related policies (Third-Party Arrangement; Business Continuity Management; Operational Risk Management).
• Plan, execute, and document BCM tests, including reporting and follow-up on findings.
• Conduct periodic reviews of third-party arrangements to identify and mitigate risks.
• Systematically review and analyze customer transactions for AML, fraud, or illicit activity.
• Investigate transaction monitoring alerts and determine outcomes; prepare documentation.
• Stay updated on money laundering and terrorist financing trends; assist SAR preparation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve cases.
