Job summary

The Resolute Hunter Pte Ltd is seeking an Operational Risk and Transaction Monitoring Assistant Manager to join our Risk team in Singapore. You will oversee risk management, BCM and third-party arrangements, and ensure policy compliance within the bank.

Responsibilities include monitoring customer transactions for fraud and AML concerns, coordinating investigations, and preparing STR filings. The role requires strong analytical skills and effective stakeholder liaison.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Finance/Risk/Accountancy/Commerce/ACCA or any other relevant education.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on Operational risk and Transaction Monitoring roles in Banking.
• Sharp, focus, analytical and has good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle Operational Risk Management, Business Continuity Management and Third-Party Arrangement policies and framework.
• Plan, execute and report BCM/call tree exercise and third-party testing.
• Ensure compliance with bank and head office policy.
• Review customer transactions generated by monitoring system for fraud, illicit activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing etc.
• Conduct, report/document on investigations for flagged out monitoring alerts.
• Prepare Suspicious Transaction Reporting (STR) filings.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Any other adhoc duties.
