Job summary

NES Fircroft is recruiting a Senior Weight Control Engineer to support offshore Oil & Gas projects. The role focuses on weight estimation, COG management, and weight reporting for complex offshore developments.

The candidate will lead weight control activities across project phases, establish weight budgets, review data from multiple disciplines, and drive optimization to mitigate weight overruns while ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; offshore oil & gas familiarity preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in offshore oil & gas projects; FPSO experience advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years in a Senior Weight Control/lead weight management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead weight control activities from concept through as-built stages.
• Develop and maintain weight control procedures and budgets.
• Manage weight data from multiple disciplines and resolve discrepancies.
