Job summary

You will guide a team, allocate manpower, and drive productivity while ensuring adherence to policies and budgets. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders, and a track record in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline preferred.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant working experience, including supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Mature, independent, and results-oriented.
• Strong organisational and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the department.
• Lead, guide, and develop team members to achieve departmental goals and performance standards.
• Plan manpower allocation, workflows, and operational priorities effectively.
• Review and improve processes, policies, and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare and present management reports, budgets, forecasts, and operational analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, customers, and authorities where necessary.
• Handle escalations, operational issues, and decision-making matters promptly and professionally.
• Support Management in strategic planning, business improvements, and organisational initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, team collaboration, and continuous improvement within the department.
• Participate in audits, projects, and company-wide initiatives as assigned.
