Job summary

Seatrium Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Execution lead to drive end-to-end upgrades of offshore jack-up drilling systems. You will translate client requirements into structured execution plans and coordinate a cross‑functional team to deliver on time and within budget.

Based at Pioneer Yard, 50 Gul Road, you will oversee procurement, logistics, onshore/offshore installation, FAT, testing and commissioning, while enforcing safety and ABS/industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Offshore or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in offshore systems.
• Strong experience in offshore jack-up drilling systems and upgrade/retrofit projects.
• Proven project management and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel offshore and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end upgrade project execution within scope, schedule and budget.
• Develop execution plans, manage resources and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ensure FAT, testing, offshore installation and commissioning.
• Maintain client relationships and handle variations/change orders.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with ABS and standards.
