Seatrium Ltd. is seeking an experienced project leader to manage end-to-end upgrade projects for offshore jack-up drilling systems from planning through commissioning.

You will coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, and site activities, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget, while engaging clients and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Offshore or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in offshore systems or jack-up equipment.
• Strong project management and client-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end upgrade projects for offshore jack-up drilling systems within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Engage clients to translate upgrade requirements into execution plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop project plans covering engineering, procurement, logistics, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Oversee FAT, tests, offshore installation, and project close-out.
