Job summary

Seatrium Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end upgrade projects for offshore jack-up drilling systems, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into executable plans and ensure safe, compliant execution.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive offshore project experience, and the ability to manage resources, logistics, and procurement across regional sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Offshore or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in related field.
• Strong experience in offshore systems, preferably jack-up rig equipment.
• Proven track record in project management and execution of upgrade or retrofit projects.
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to translate technical solutions into executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of upgrade projects for offshore jack-up drilling systems within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Engage clients to understand upgrade requirements and translate into execution plans.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders across engineering, procurement, logistics and finance.
• Develop project plans covering engineering, procurement, logistics, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Plan resource allocation, ensure timely procurement, monitor progress, and conduct FAT/integration tests.
• Oversee site execution, ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction; manage documentation and close-out.
• Drive continuous improvement in parts and warehouse management and support offshore mobilization.
