Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team servicing communities across Singapore. You will assess clients, design intervention plans, and support caregivers, with opportunities to contribute to quality improvement and training within community care settings.

AHPC registration required with 1–2 years of experience; passion for elderly and home-based care is essential.

Qualifications

• AHPC Registration is required.
• 1-2 years of Occupational Therapist work experience.
• Passion to work in community care settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate the client's physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and occupational needs to design appropriate intervention plans
• Conduct caregiver training and education
• Prescribe appropriate aids or assistive devices
• Conduct home assessment and modification as necessary
• Participate in quality improvement, research and collaborative projects
• Conduct training for therapists, support staff and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standards
