Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd invites an Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team across multiple locations in the North-East and East Singapore. You will assess clients, devise intervention plans, educate caregivers, and support home or day rehabilitation services.

The role emphasizes collaboration with therapists and healthcare professionals, adherence to clinical protocols, and ongoing participation in quality improvement projects within our community-based care settings.

Qualifications

• AHPC registration (licensure) required.
• 1–2 years of Occupational Therapist experience.
• Interest in Day Rehabilitation Centre / Nursing Home settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and occupational needs to design intervention plans.
• Conduct caregiver training and education.
• Prescribe or recommend aids or equipment as appropriate.
• Conduct home assessments and recommend modifications.
• Participate in quality improvement, research and collaborative projects.
• Provide training for therapists, support staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standards.
