Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Observability Engineer to build and operate the observability capabilities of the future SSOE platform. You will enable teams to understand health, diagnose incidents quickly, and improve reliability across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Key duties include defining instrumentation standards, dashboards, SLIs/SLOs, and alert strategies, while collaborating with multiple teams to embed observability from the start of services.

Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end observability across complex environments.
• Proficiency with metrics, logs, events, and traces.
• Ability to define instrumentation standards and SLIs/SLOs.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate end-to-end observability across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid systems.
• Collect and correlate metrics, events, logs, and traces across workloads.
• Define standards for service naming, tagging, and telemetry enrichment.
• Support capacity planning, performance analysis, and incident response.
• Establish monitoring readiness for new applications and platforms.
