Job summary

Synapxe in Singapore seeks an observability engineer to design, deploy, and scale an Elastic SaaS-based observability platform. You will build telemetry pipelines for logs, metrics, and traces, prioritizing high availability and security.

We welcome fresh graduates with a curious mindset and a passion for automation. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to onboard infrastructure and implement anomaly detection, self-healing, and visualization capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in Enterprise-level infrastructure and 1 year in monitoring/logging technologies.
• Hands-on experience with modern observability tools is preferred.
• Strong foundation in monitoring and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SYNAPXE observability platform with effective monitoring, metrics, logging, and visualization.
• Collaborate with vendors to design and develop the platform including AI/ML functionalities.
• Onboard existing infrastructure devices to the observability platform.
• Develop anomaly detection, self-healing, and outage prediction features.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations for end users.
• Provide expert support for report customization and dashboarding.
