• Lead, supervise and evaluate nursing staff and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centred care through planning, monitoring and timely interventions.
• Ensure compliance with MOH, SNB and Agency for Integrated Care standards.
• Oversee infection prevention, medication management, safety procedures and quality improvements.
• Identify training needs and mentor staff to enhance clinical competencies.
• Address incidents, complaints and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Foster multidisciplinary coordination and effective communication across departments.
