Responsibilities

• Coordinate New Product introduction programme timeline with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate with engineering departments to improve product yield and line performance.
• Manage new part type performance indices; analyse and communicate improvement opportunities.
• Build analytical capability to improve NPI line efficiency via automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Optimize site inventory management through analytic methods and education.
• Align business processes; optimize scheduling logic and production reports/indices.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights to enhance efficiency, quality and outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
