Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• Experience with data analytics, data visualization, and data presentation using Microsoft, SQL or Python coding is a plus.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus; strong communication and leadership are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate New Product Introduction programme timeline with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate with engineering departments to improve product yield and line performance.
• Manage new part type performance indices and communicate opportunities for improvement to achieve best-in-class cycle time.
• Build analytical capability to improve NPI line efficiency through automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Optimize site inventory management through analytical methods and education.
• Align business processes and scheduling logic; set up production reports and indices.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work to improve efficiency, quality and effectiveness.
