Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or related field.
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in related discipline preferred.
- Experience leading large-scale product development programs with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full product development lifecycle from concept to industrialization at customer sites.
- Design and implement tactical development plans aligned with objectives and briefs.
- Collaborate with Flavourists, marketing, sales, sensory, and flavour creation teams to meet regulatory, cost, and customer needs.
- Conduct formulation evaluations, interpret data, and guide decisions under ambiguous conditions.
- Coach junior developers and promote best practices in product quality and documentation.
