Job summary

SUHANG XIANGBAN PTE. LTD. is seeking a product development specialist to lead formulation and innovation for specific applications. You will run product trials, conduct sensory evaluations, and perform stability and shelf-life studies to optimize cost and performance.

You will provide technical support to the sales team and customers, troubleshoot application issues, and collaborate on customer projects and presentations to drive product success.

Responsibilities

Responsible for product development and innovation, develop and formulate product for specific application.
Conduct product trials and application testing in different kind of application categories.
Optimize existing formulation for cost and performance.
Provide technical support to sales team and customers on product application and usage.
Conduct sensory evaluation and standard test parameter.
Troubleshoot customer application issues and advice on solution.
Collaborate with sales team on customer projects and presentation.
Conduct stability testing and shelf-life studies.
