Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a Senior Network Support Engineer/High Touch Engineer to serve as a technical focal point for enterprise clients, ensuring operational stability and high network availability. You will lead advanced support, RCA, and collaboration with customer teams and internal engineers to optimize performance.

Ideal candidates have strong networking expertise (routing/switching, wireless, SD-WAN), customer-facing skills, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise network support and troubleshooting.
• Strong root-cause analysis and incident handling.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• CCNP/CCIE or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
• Familiarity with routing/switching, wireless, SD-WAN, data center architectures, or security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced technical support and complex troubleshooting for enterprise network infrastructures.
• Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) and incident resolutions in line with service levels.
• Partner with customer teams and internal engineering to optimize network performance.
• Participate in technical reviews, contributing expert insights during service reviews and engagements.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to internal teams and external client stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of network architecture, changes, and operational activities.

In this role, you will act as a key technical focal point for dedicated enterprise customers, driving operational stability and high network availability. Your key responsibilities are:

• Deliver advanced technical support, problem isolation, and complex troubleshooting for enterprise network infrastructures.
• Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) and lead incident resolutions in line with service agreements.
• Partner closely with customer operational teams and internal engineering stakeholders to optimize network performance.
• Participate in technical review meetings, contributing expert insights during service reviews and business engagements.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to internal teams and external client stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network architecture support, system changes, and operational activities.

skills and experience required:

• Technical support and troubleshooting within large-scale enterprise network environments.
• Ability to independently analyze complex network issues, isolate root causes, and drive effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills with a proactive approach to building technical relationships.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent) are advantageous.
• Hands‑on familiarity with enterprise routing/switching, wireless, SD‑WAN, data center architectures, or network security frameworks is a plus.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
