Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical support for complex enterprise network environments
• Design, implement, and optimize network solutions across various industries
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical network issues, ensuring minimal downtime
• Lead high-priority network projects, including Tech-Refresh initiatives
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and critical network escalations
• Perform network maintenance, including security configurations, patches, and upgrades
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability reviews on network infrastructure
• Monitor and analyze network performance, recommending improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex network issues
• Provide detailed reports and presentations on network status and performance
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging network technologies

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in network engineering in medium to large organizations
• Expert knowledge of network technologies (routing, switching, firewalls, FTTH, SASE, SD-WAN)
• Proficiency in WLAN solutions, particularly Aruba and Aruba ClearPass
• Advanced certifications preferred (Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Huawei HCIP/HCIE, NCE, Aruba ACCP certifications)
• Hands-on experience with various firewall/security technologies
• Strong skills in configuring and optimizing network devices for efficiency and security
• Proven project management and troubleshooting abilities
