Job summary

MASSIVUE is actively seeking a hands-on Senior Network Migration Engineer with 10+ years of enterprise networking experience to lead end-to-end switch migrations, security hardening, and infrastructure upgrades for a major client in Singapore.

You will own the migration lifecycle from design review through handover, coordinating with Server, Security, Application, and Operations teams to ensure minimal downtime and strict compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Singapore Citizen or PR with immediate or short notice availability.
• 10+ years of hands-on enterprise network design, migration, and complex switch projects.
• Experience across campus, branch, and data-center environments with major vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and review low-level network architecture and migration design.
• Audit hardware models, OS/firmware, licensing, and topology compatibility.
• Develop implementation, migration, rollback, and UAT plans.
• Identify risks and outages; coordinate with Server, Security, App, and Ops teams.
• Upgrade firmware and configure L2/L3, VLANs, trunking, routing, and LACP.
• Harden switch configurations per security benchmarks and disable legacy vectors.
• Integrate switches into NOC and monitoring platforms; configure SNMP, Syslog, and NetFlow.
