Job summary

Wipro in Singapore seeks an experienced network operations lead to ensure high availability and performance of enterprise networks across campus, WAN, data centers, and cloud environments. You will drive incident response, problem management, change execution, and RCA while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable network services.

The role requires extensive experience with Cisco switching, routing protocols, data center networks, and security controls.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with enterprise networking technologies across LAN/WAN/Data Center/Cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and carrier WAN services.
• Experience with Cisco Catalyst/Nexus, WLCs, and network virtualization features.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 network operations ensuring high availability and performance across campus, WAN, data center, and cloud environments.
• Manage Data Center Network Operations supporting mission-critical applications with minimal disruption.
• Provide incident, problem, and change management support including major incidents and outages.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous service improvement to enhance stability and efficiency.
• Assess risks and plans for major infrastructure changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Lead network transformation projects including migrations, refreshes, and platform upgrades.
• Develop and maintain network standards, runbooks, and architecture documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver network solutions aligned with objectives.
• Drive proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
