Job summary

NTT DATA in Singapore is seeking a Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L3/4) to ensure client IT infrastructure remains operational. You will handle escalated incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate across teams to deliver rapid resolutions within SLA.

The role spans across Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, and Collaboration with opportunities to contribute to projects. On-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing large-scale network infrastructures.
• Familiar with ITIL incident/change management processes.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provides Level 3 operational support for large-scale enterprise data center and campus networks.
• Troubleshoots complex network issues and ensures SLA adherence.
• Maintains network diagrams and deployment guides.
• Collaborates with Level 1/2 teams and vendors.
• Performs incident management and root-cause analysis.
