Job summary

NTT DATA in Singapore seeks a Cross Technology Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L2) to provide remote and on-site technical support to clients. You will manage incidents, log issues, and drive resolution with a focus on maintaining SLA performance.

You will work with Cisco, Juniper, and collaboration technologies, performing routine tasks, installing software, and coordinating with stakeholders to restore services quickly and prevent outages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Professional level certifications in Data Centre technologies (e.g., CCNP DC, ONTAP).
• Professional level certifications in Networking technologies (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba; CCNP, JNCIP, ACMP).
• CCNP Collaboration and MS certs advantageous; Webex Calling/Contact Centre certs beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested and operational.
• Install and configure software as required by the solution.
• Log incidents with necessary detail and escalate as needed.
• Liaise with client IT environments, carriers and colleagues to expeditiate diagnosis.
• Respond to alerts and escalate to L3 when unable to resolve in time.
• Maintain up-to-date incident progress and resolution details.
• Provide second-line remote and onsite technical support to clients.
