Job summary

Michael Page Singapore seeks a skilled network engineer to manage and maintain Cisco network infrastructure, including Catalyst switches and wireless networks, while administering Fortinet security solutions and FortiManager/EMS.

You will configure VPN connectivity, firewall policies, NAT rules, and HA environments; perform end-to-end troubleshooting with Wireshark, TCPdump, and iperf; support ITIL processes via ServiceNow; collaborate with global IT teams and on-site OT stakeholders to ensure

Qualifications

• Manage and maintain Cisco network infrastructure, including Catalyst switches and wireless networks.
• Administer Fortinet security solutions and related management platforms.
• Configure VPN connectivity, NAT rules, security zoning and HA environments.
• Perform end-to-end network troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Support ITIL processes and incident/change/documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage VPN connectivity, firewall policies, NAT rules, security zoning, and High Availability environments.
• Perform end-to-end network troubleshooting using Wireshark, TCPdump, and iperf.
• Support network deployments, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
• Manage incidents and changes per ITIL with ServiceNow.
• Maintain cabling and fiber infrastructure and collaborate with global IT teams.
