• Experience with Cisco network infrastructure design, deployment, and support.
• Hands-on Fortinet security solutions management including firewalls.
• Familiar with VPN, NAT, security zoning, and HA.
• Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Cisco network infrastructure across regions.
• Administer Fortinet security solutions and related platforms.
• Configure VPNs, firewall policies, NAT rules, and HA environments.
• Perform end-to-end network troubleshooting with Wireshark, TCPdump.
• Support network deployments, upgrades, migrations, and expansions.
• Follow ITIL processes using ServiceNow for incidents and changes.
• Maintain cabling and on-site connectivity; collaborate with global IT teams.
• Provide on-site support at industrial and operational facilities.
