Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a Network Engineer Team Lead in Singapore to design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and cloud environments. The role requires CCNP certification and hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and security platforms.

You will drive availability, performance, and security while leading a small team and coordinating with vendors. The ideal candidate will bring 6–9 years of network engineering and strong knowledge of routing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 6-9 years in network administration, implementation, or engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Catalyst/Nexus, BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, MPLS, VPN, SD-WAN, and NAT/QoS.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network projects and operations.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and wireless tech.
• Support LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, VPN, and internet connectivity services.
• Administer network security solutions including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access control.
• Monitor performance, capacity, tuning, and high-availability readiness.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and participate in on-call rotations.
• Document diagrams, SOPs, and technical reports; collaborate with vendors.
