Job summary

DBS Bank Asia Hub in Singapore seeks a highly skilled Network Specialist to manage Cisco Routers, Nexus, Arista VxLAN, routing and switching, VPNs and related security services. You will ensure stability, security and performance of the bank's network across data centers and enterprise environments.

You will work with vendors and internal teams, implement scripts, perform patching, and participate in CR windows while adhering to bank policies. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise networks with relevant certifications.
• Ability to configure Cisco IOS/NX-OS and implement security configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Routers/Nexus, Arista VxLAN, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of scripting and basic network automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily network activities and implement scripts aligned with standards.
• Provide incident and problem troubleshooting support with minimal operational impact.
• Conduct vulnerability reviews and plan patching/firmware upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors, telco providers and partners for seamless operations.
• Attend calls with support teams for deployment and issue resolution.
• Support external connectivities in data centers with partners.
• Be available during CR windows for changes and deployments in data centers.
• Adhere to bank processes and policies at all times.
• Must communicate effectively and work independently and in teams.
• Maintain basic scripting and automation knowledge.
