Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a hands-on Network Engineer to support a large banking environment, maintaining LAN, WAN, WiFi and Data Centre networks. The role emphasizes stability, availability and performance, with close collaboration across technology teams.

You will troubleshoot issues, execute infrastructure changes, and support network implementations within established change management processes. After-hours work may be required to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

3–5 years in Network Engineering or related role.
Strong TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLAN, DNS/DHCP, BGP knowledge.
CCNA or equivalent certification preferred; ITIL/ITSM familiarity advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, WiFi and Data Centre environments.
Monitor and troubleshoot network incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement remediation.
Perform network configuration, implementation, upgrades and migration activities per change management policies.
Support network infrastructure projects, including new equipment deployments, upgrades and network migrations.
Carry out Data Centre networking tasks, including hardware installation and cabling coordination.
Collaborate with technology teams and vendors to resolve incidents and issues.
Document all changes and maintain low operational impact.
Participate in after-hours changes when required.
Ensure compliance with security and change management standards.
