GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an Azure Data Technical Lead for a permanent Banking role in Singapore. You will provide technical leadership across the data stack, guide on-premises to Azure migrations, and shape analytics strategy with Databricks and Power BI.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in data warehousing and BI, with 3+ years as an architect and hands-on experience with Azure data services and modern data processing tools. Financial sector experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, MIS or related field.
• 10+ years in Data Warehousing, Analytics, BI including 3+ years as Architect.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka; Databricks proficiency.
• Experience with Azure Data Platform components and Python/R.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership across the Azure data stack.
• Define a migration plan for on-premises to Azure.
• Collaborate with PMs to estimate tasks and deliverables.
• Promote best practices for cloud data warehousing and ETL.
