Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an Engineer/Senior Engineer for Product Engineering, NAND Functional and Design Validation Infrastructure (FDV-Infrastructure) in Singapore.

The role emphasizes silicon validation, automation, and data-driven test analytics to improve coverage, efficiency, and debug productivity. Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, a degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering, and strong coding skills in C/C++, Python, and Perl.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong interest in design validation, characterization, and product engineering.
• Proficiency in software development and scripting (C/C++, Perl, Python).
• Ability to apply AI/ML for test analytics and defect pattern analysis.
• Experience in ATE test program development (e.g. Teradyne or Advantest) and/or memory products is an advantage.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to root cause analysis.
• Fluent written and spoken English communication.

Mansioni

• Design and execute functional and design validation flows for advanced RG NAND devices using silicon platforms.
• Develop and maintain test program infrastructure, including deterministic usage-case tests and new NAND interface.
• Implement automation frameworks using C-based programming, Python, and Perl to improve test development and execution efficiency.
• Apply AI/ML-assisted techniques to accelerate failure triage, identify validation coverage gaps, and improve debug productivity.
• Utilise data-driven methods and dashboards to track validation progress, defect trends, and release readiness.
• Perform electrical failure analysis, root cause investigations, and drive issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
