Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Staff Engineer in NAND Product Engineering to drive new NAND development and integrate AI-driven workflows across engineering teams.

You will coordinate with business units, QA, fabrication, testing, and supply chain to accelerate time-to-market for next-generation NAND devices. Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related disciplines.
• Transcript documenting AI model fundamentals, data science, and advanced coding skills.
• Proven track record of agentic AI solutions using standard platforms.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate NAND requirements with business units and SSD leads and convert to qualification specs.
• Develop AI workflow solutions to automate data extraction and analysis for NAND specs.
• Integrate NAND Product Engineering with Technology Development and Design Engineering.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to enable NAND memory integration into SSDs.
• Create AI-embedded workflows and a NAND Program Management system for prioritization.
• Represent Engineering in product reviews and lead cross-functional meetings.
• Organize NAND capability data reviews to progress system development and qualification samples.
