Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a NAND Product Development Team Lead in Singapore to drive end-to-end development from silicon to system.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define strategies, and implement AI-enabled workflows to accelerate qualification milestones and on-time delivery. The role requires leadership across engineering, quality, fabrication, test, and supply chain, with a focus on system-level integration and customer readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience applying data-driven or automation approaches to solve engineering challenges.
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools and workflows is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across development, business, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end NAND product development, aligning across business units and SSD development teams.
• Lead adoption of data-driven and AI-enabled workflows to enhance analysis and decision-making.
• Drive system-level integration of NAND technology for SSD and customer applications.
• Represent Product Engineering in cross-functional forums and manage priorities with risk tracking.
