Qualifications

PhD with ≥2 years, or Master’s with ≥5 years, or Bachelor’s with ≥7 years in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or related field.
Experience in semiconductor NAND product development.
Growth mindset and ability to work in a global cross-functional environment with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Negotiate NAND requirements with business units and SSD leads to define qualification specs.
Develop AI workflows to automate NAND data extraction and analysis.
Integrate NAND Product Engineering with Technology Development and Design Engineering for SSD system integration.
Collaborate with Product Engineering, Business Units, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams for seamless execution.
Create AI-embedded workflows and a NAND Program Management system to track priorities and actions.
Lead product development reviews and coordinate cross-functional plans for leadership NAND components.
