Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong statistical analysis, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with AI tools, LLMs or data analysis tools such as Python, JMP, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement NAND Flash reliability test flows to assess product reliability and prevent escapes.
• Perform high‑volume statistical data analysis to evaluate reliability risks and trends.
• Drive electrical failure analysis, including advanced characterization, to identify root causes and solutions.
• Develop short‑term countermeasures such as stresses and screens using digital/analog circuit knowledge.
• Qualify the product with innovative control measures to ensure high DPM and cell reliability.
• Collaborate with Fab, NAND Technology, NAND Design, Product Development, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams to enable shipment of high‑quality end products.
• Integrate AI‑assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, aligning with standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI‑enabled enhancements within scope of work.
• Support customer inquiries and provide technical insights related to product reliability.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the reliability program and influence future product development.
