Qualifications

• 2+ years in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience with data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., JMP, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of PI modules and NAND tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify module deficiencies and lead cross-functional teams to address issues.
• Develop CSPEC criteria for product performance and drive process capability.
• Coordinate site activities to secure funding for experiments and equipment changes.
• Lead development projects to evaluate new integration schemes for NAND tech nodes.
• Present at quarterly yieldSummits and monthly reviews to align R&D, Manufacturing, and Management.
• Assist transfer of new tech from R&D to manufacturing and support ramp-up.
• Incorporate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Promote continuous improvement by testing AI-enabled enhancements.
