Responsibilities

• Identify deficiencies and lead cross-functional teams to address gaps.
• Develop CSPEC criteria for performance and drive process capability.
• Coordinate site activities to secure funding and communicate decisions across R&D, Product Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead development projects for new integration schemes and prototype future tech nodes.
• Assist in technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing and support ramp-up.
• Incorporate AI tools to improve efficiency while complying with standards.
