Qualifications

• Experience in R&D and experimental design in science/engineering fields.
• Strong data analysis and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Ability to guide strategic directions using technical knowledge.
• Experience with statistical methods and SPC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop dry etch processes to meet electrical/physical requirements of Micron products.
• Optimize processes to reduce cost and variability.
• Collaborate with process integration and other teams for innovative solutions.
• Perform root-cause/failure mode analysis and drive vendor solutions.
• Maintain technology development pilot line and support transfer to production.
